The Most Interesting Martinis at Walt Disney World

The Most Comprehensive Guide to WDW Martinis Ever Made

A martini is rarely the first reason someone books a Walt Disney World dining reservation.

Usually, the plan starts with the meal: California Grill for a special dinner, Jiko for a resort evening, Via Napoli for pizza in EPCOT, Narcoossee’s for a Grand Floridian night, or Disney Springs when you want dinner without a park ticket.

Then you open the cocktail menu and realise there are basil-lemon drops, grapefruit cake martinis, lychee martinis, key lime pie martinis, mascarpone espresso martinis, and even a dirty-style martini with blue-cheese-stuffed olives.

This guide is for the martinis that are worth adding to your dining notes before you arrive.

Some are classic-leaning. Some are dessert in a glass. Some are espresso martinis with a Walt Disney World twist. A few are more playful than refined. But all of them are useful to know about when you are comparing restaurants, planning a special meal, or trying to remember which cocktail caught your eye three weeks before dining reservation day.

A quick note before you build a plan around any drink: the prices below are based on our checks today (May 2026). Menus, pricing, and availability can shift, so always check the current restaurant menu when you are finalising your plans.

What counts as a martini here?

Walt Disney World menus use “martini” pretty broadly.

In this guide, that includes classic-style martinis, lemon drops, cosmopolitans, espresso martinis, dessert martinis, key lime pie martinis, lychee martinis, and a few cocktail-list wild cards that we found.

So this is not a purist’s guide to gin and vermouth. It is a planner’s guide to the martinis and martini-style drinks that might actually influence where you eat, what you save to your trip notes, or which restaurant becomes a little more tempting.

Quick picks before the full list

If you just want the standouts first, these are the drinks we'd flag in each category:

Most iconic Disney resort martini: Zebratini at Jiko
Best savoury choice: Tini Sucio at Barcelona Lounge
Best classic-leaning option: Our Famous Martini at Bourbon Steak
Best dessert-in-a-glass: Salted Mascarpone Espresso Martini at Narcoossee’s
Best Disney Springs espresso option: Mezpresso Martini at Frontera Cocina
Best playful vacation drink: Blue “Glow-Tini” at Tusker House Restaurant
Best category to compare: Key lime pie martinis, because there are several very different versions
Best BoardWalk-area note: Basil-Lemon Drop Martini at Trattoria al Forno or one of The Cake Bake Shop’s floral martinis

Now, here is the full list, grouped by the kind of planning decision each drink helps with.

Bright, citrus, herbal, and floral martinis

These are the drinks to look at when you want something lighter, sharper, more refreshing, or more polished than a cream-based dessert cocktail.

For something more refined, the Cucumber Vodka Martini at Cítricos and the Rose Petal Martini at The Cake Bake Shop are stronger special-evening notes. For something casual at Disney Springs, the Lemon Drop Martini at The BOATHOUSE or the Cucumber Mint Martini at City Works is easier to work into a less formal plan.

Fruit-forward and playful martinis

These are the brighter, sweeter, more vacation-feeling drinks. Some are elegant. Some are intentionally fun. A few are tied closely to the restaurant or park where they are served.

MartiniLocation(s)PriceWhy it stands out
Blue “Glow-Tini”Skyy Infusions Citrus Vodka, Bols Peach Schnapps, Bols Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, sugared rim, and a souvenir Glow CubeTusker House Restaurant$17.50Not subtle, but very Disney vacation. The glow cube is part of the appeal.

Blueberry MartiniHanson of Sonoma Blueberry Vodka, oleo saccharum, saline, lemonBourbon Steak$18.00More interesting than a standard blueberry cocktail because of the oleo saccharum and saline.
Crimson BloomAplós Ease, salted watermelon juice, hibiscus-mint syrup, lime juice, ginger beerEnzo’s Hideaway$17.00Watermelon, hibiscus, mint, lime, and ginger make this one of the more layered fruit-based options.
Grapefruit Cake MartiniDeep Eddy Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka, Stoli Vanil Vodka, cream, graham cracker rimThe Hollywood Brown Derby$17.50A restaurant-specific drink that connects neatly to Brown Derby’s famous grapefruit cake.
Lychee MartiniVodka, lychee purée, vermouthNine Dragons Restaurant$15.00The simplest and lowest-priced lychee option in the snapshot.
Lychee MartiniAbsolut, Supasawa, whole lychee, house-made lychee concentrateMorimoto Asia$18.00The whole lychee and house-made concentrate make this one feel more distinctive.
Lychee MartiniRefreshing lychee cocktail made with Haku VodkaShiki-Sai$18.00A clean lychee option to note if Shiki-Sai is already on your EPCOT dining list.

The Blue “Glow-Tini” is not pretending to be a quiet craft cocktail. It is blue, sweet, bright, and comes with a souvenir glow cube. That makes it a good example of a drink that works because of the setting.

The Grapefruit Cake Martini is interesting in a different way. It belongs to The Hollywood Brown Derby. It is not just a random grapefruit cocktail; it is tied to the restaurant’s own dessert identity, which makes it much more useful to remember when planning a Hollywood Studios meal.

The three Lychee Martini options are also worth comparing by location. Nine Dragons is the simplest and least expensive in the snapshot. Morimoto Asia has the more detailed ingredient list. Shiki-Sai gives you an EPCOT Japan pavilion option if that restaurant is already part of your plan.

Key lime, pie, and dessert-style martinis

This is where the list starts to feel very Walt Disney World: graham cracker rims, cream, coconut, toasted meringue, cannoli shell, chocolate liqueur, and tiramisù in cocktail form.

MartiniLocation(s)PriceWhy it stands out
Cannoli MartiniBiscotti liqueur, cream, chocolate, crushed cannoli shellVia Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria$17.00Very easy to understand: an Italian dessert turned into a drink.
Chocolate MartiniMozart Chocolate Liqueur, vodka, Crème de Cacao, and Frangelico variantsAle & Compass, Boatwright’s, Coral Reef, Gurgling Suitcase, Olivia’s Cafe, The Turf Club, Tusker House$16.50–$17.50A useful one to note because it appears across several resort and park restaurants.
Chocolate Raspberry MartiniSkyy Raspberry, Faretti Chocolate Liqueur, Chambord, creamThe BOATHOUSE$14.00One of the lower-priced snapshot drinks, with a clear chocolate-and-berry dessert profile.
Kahlua TiniCoffee chilled then topped with coffee liqueur, vodka, and light creamContemporary Grounds$14.99More casual than most of the restaurant martinis, and useful if you are around the Contemporary.
Key Lime MartiniTito’s Handmade Vodka, Licor 43, fresh lime, simple syrup, heavy cream, graham cracker rimSplitsville Dining Room$16.00A dessert cocktail that fits a relaxed Disney Springs plan.

Tiramisù MartiniVanilla vodka, Baileys, Kahlúa, espresso, cream, cocoaVia Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria$18.00A very natural fit after pizza or pasta in EPCOT’s Italy pavilion.
ZebratiniCaptain Morgan Spiced Rum, white chocolate liqueur, Frangelico, Amarula, espresso, chocolate zebra-striped glassJiko$17.50One of the most recognisable restaurant-specific martinis at Walt Disney World.

The Key Lime Pie Martini group is especially useful for planners because the versions are not interchangeable.

At The BOATHOUSE, the key lime pie version is simple and comparatively low-priced. At Splitsville, you get the graham cracker rim and a casual Disney Springs setting. At T-REX, coconut and vanilla push it into sweeter themed-restaurant territory. At Narcoossee’s, toasted meringue makes the drink feel more polished.

The Zebratini is one of the easiest drinks to remember because it has a clear home: Jiko. If you are planning an Animal Kingdom Lodge evening, this is the kind of note that belongs directly next to the meal.

Espresso, coffee, and after-dinner martinis

Espresso martinis have become a major cocktail-menu category, and Walt Disney World has plenty of them. The most interesting versions are the ones that do more than combine vodka, coffee liqueur, and espresso.

MartiniLocation(s)PriceWhy it stands out
Carajillo Espresso MartiniLobos Reposado, Spanish brandy, Caffè Borghetti liqueur, espressoBourbon Steak$19.00A more spirit-forward espresso martini with tequila and brandy.
Casamigos Espresso MartiniCasamigos Cristalino, Kahlúa, Owen’s Nitro-Infused Espresso, chocolate bittersCity Works Eatery & Pour House$17.95Tequila, nitro espresso, and chocolate bitters give it more structure than a basic espresso martini.
Cold Brew MartiniChocolate rum, Tia Maria, and Joffrey’s cold brew variants’Ohana, Chef Mickey’s, Coral Reef, Crew’s Cup, Garden Grill, Gurgling Suitcase, Hollywood & Vine, Kona Cafe, Olivia’s, The Plaza, The Turf Club, Tusker House, Yachtsman$16.50–$17.50A widely available option that is useful to know about across multiple restaurants.
Coco-Loco Espresso MartiniDon Q Coconut Rum and Licor 43 shaken with rich espresso and a splash of sweet creamRix Sports Bar & Grill$17.00Coconut rum and sweet cream make this a softer, more tropical espresso martini.
Irish Espresso MartiniSlane Irish Whiskey, Luxardo Espresso Liqueur, Guinness simple syrup, chilled espressoRaglan Road$17.00The Guinness simple syrup makes this one feel especially tied to Raglan Road.
Maple-Vanilla Espresso MartiniTito’s Handmade Vodka, Kahlúa, espresso, maple-vanilla simple syrupGrand Floridian Cafe, 1900 Park Fare$16.50–$18.50A sweeter, warmer espresso martini that fits a Grand Floridian meal.
Marula Espresso MartiniAmarula Fruit Cream Liqueur, vanilla vodka, Tia Maria Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, espressoSanaa$17.50Amarula gives it a stronger sense of place than a standard espresso martini.
Mezpresso MartiniIlegal Reposado Caribbean Cask, Fever-Tree Espresso, chocolate mole bitters, Mexican chocolate spice saltFrontera Cocina$15.00One of the most interesting espresso options, with mezcal, mole bitters, and spiced salt.
Midnight Sail Espresso MartiniHerradura Reposado Tequila, Kahlúa, vanilla bean espresso, cinnamon, caramel cocoa nibsCrew’s Cup Lounge$16.50Tequila, cinnamon, and caramel cocoa nibs make it feel richer and more layered.
N2 Bean MartiniGrey Goose, Caffè Borghetti espresso liqueur, cold brew, espresso beansMaria & Enzo’s Ristorante$17.00A straightforward coffee-forward option for a Disney Springs Italian dinner.
Oceania Espresso MartiniGrainger’s Deluxe Organic Vanilla Vodka, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, espresso’Ohana, Kona Cafe, Wailulu Bar & Grill$17.50A useful Polynesian-area note if you are planning dinner, breakfast, or drinks around those restaurants.
Payoff MartiniMozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur, Stoli Vanilla Vodka, Chambord, espressoCrew’s Cup Lounge, Yachtsman Steakhouse$17.50Chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, and espresso make this a dessert-coffee hybrid.
Reposado Espresso MartiniFlecha Azul Reposado Tequila, Tia Maria, Joffrey’s cold brew/coffeeBarcelona Lounge, The Hollywood Brown Derby$17.50Tequila gives this one a different feel from the more common vodka espresso martinis.
Salted Mascarpone Espresso MartiniGrey Goose Vodka, Kahlúa, Joffrey’s Italian Espresso, cane sugar, Mascarpone-Disaronno foamNarcoossee’s$19.50The foam makes it one of the most polished dessert-style espresso martinis in the snapshot.
The Night FlightNitro-infused espresso martini with SKYY Espresso Vodka, Borghetti espresso liqueur, cold brewEnzo’s Hideaway$17.00The nitro element gives this Disney Springs espresso martini a smoother, bar-forward feel.

This is probably the strongest category overall.

If you like espresso martinis but want something different, start with the Mezpresso Martini at Frontera Cocina, the Salted Mascarpone Espresso Martini at Narcoossee’s, or the Marula Espresso Martini at Sanaa.

The Cold Brew Martini is the practical planning note because it appears in so many places. That can be helpful if someone in your group loves coffee cocktails and you are comparing multiple meals.

The Irish Espresso Martini at Raglan Road also deserves attention because the Guinness simple syrup makes it feel tied to the restaurant rather than copied from a generic cocktail list.

Savoury, spirit-forward, and tasting-style martinis

Not every martini on this list is sweet, creamy, or fruit-forward. These are the options for guests who want something more classic, savoury, briny, smoky, or spirit-led.

MartiniLocation(s)PriceWhy it stands out
Mezcal Martini FlightSmoke & Petal, Lavender Bandit, Tequila MockingbirdMaya Grill$38.00A tasting-style option rather than a single cocktail, useful for a Coronado Springs resort evening.
Our Famous MartiniGrey Goose Vodka, Bombay Sapphire, lemon manzanilla sherry, dry vermouth, citrus essenceBourbon Steak$22.00The most classic-leaning martini in the snapshot, with both vodka and gin.
Tini SucioGin Mare, González Byass Tio Pepe Fino Sherry, Valdeón blue-cheese-stuffed olivesBarcelona Lounge$17.50A savoury, briny standout for guests who prefer dirty-style martinis over sweet ones.

The Tini Sucio is one of the most interesting drinks in the full list because it gives savoury cocktail drinkers a proper option. With fino sherry and blue-cheese-stuffed olives, it is a very different planning note from the dessert martinis and fruit cocktails. However, in our experience, the blue cheese stuffed olives are rarely available at Barcelona Lounge. If this is a big part of why you're ordering the drink, please ask your server if they actually have the stuffed olives available!

Our Famous Martini at Bourbon Steak is the one to flag if you want a martini that still feels like a martini. It has vodka, gin, sherry, dry vermouth, and citrus essence, so it sits much closer to classic cocktail territory than most of the list.

The Mezcal Martini Flight is a different kind of useful. It is not just a drink; it is a tasting moment. If you are staying at Coronado Springs or planning Maya Grill for a resort dinner, it is worth saving to your notes.

How to use this list when planning your trip

The mistake with a list like this is turning it into another spreadsheet.

The easier approach is to attach the drink to the meal where it belongs.

If you are considering Jiko, add “Zebratini” to that dinner note. If you are comparing Disney Springs restaurants, add “Mezpresso Martini” beside Frontera Cocina, “Lychee Martini” beside Morimoto Asia, and “Key Lime Pie Martini” beside The BOATHOUSE. If you are planning EPCOT, note whether Via Napoli’s Cannoli Martini or Tiramisù Martini is the dessert-style drink you actually want to remember.

That way, the martini becomes part of the dining plan instead of another loose screenshot in your phone.

It also helps you compare similar choices. A key lime pie martini at The BOATHOUSE might be perfect for a Disney Springs night, but if you are already planning Narcoossee’s, the toasted meringue version may be the one worth saving. A coffee cocktail might sound good in theory, but if your dinner is already rich, a cucumber or citrus martini may fit the evening better.

A calmer way to keep dining notes together

PlanTheMagic is an independent Walt Disney World planning tool that helps you keep parks, meals, stays, notes, tasks, reservations, and trip-day logistics in one organised place.

For dining planning, that means you can save a restaurant to the right meal, keep notes like “try the Grapefruit Cake Martini” or “compare key lime pie versions,” and attach restaurant research to the actual day of your trip instead of scattering it across browser tabs, screenshots, spreadsheets, and notes apps.

Menus will change. Prices will change. Your plans may change too.

But when your dining notes live in one place, you do not have to rebuild the whole trip just because one restaurant, reservation, or park day moves.
