Roast beef sliders, apple cider doughnuts with miso-caramel sauce, and cold brew topped with caramel popcorn: Hurly-Burly is bringing a very snackable menu to Disney’s BoardWalk on October 1, 2026. And we can now put prices alongside the pictures.
PlanTheMagic’s restaurant catalogue lists small bites from $11 to $21, specialty non-alcoholic drinks from $6.49 to $6.99, and cocktails from $17 to $21.
A seaside theater with snacks to match
The lounge’s seaside theater theme and vaudeville backstory carry through to Italian-American small plates, boardwalk treats, and playful cocktails.
Disney describes an all-day menu of shareable appetizers and light bites. Families can visit before 9 p.m., with afternoon games and trivia. From 9 p.m., the venue becomes 21 and older, with live music. Entry is walk-up only, with no reservations required.
Hurly-Burly food menu and prices
Meatballs, sliders, and a board for sharing
Meatballs in Tomato Gravy ($15) combine veal, pork, and beef with stracciatella cheese, Pecorino Romano, and toasted focaccia. Keep that bread handy for the sauce.

The Roast Beef Sliders ($17) pair shaved beef with horseradish-mustard sour cream on slider rolls. We’d shortlist these if you like a little sharpness with your roast beef.
For a grazing plate, Antipasto ($21) brings sliced meats, burrata, Pecorino Romano, and marinated vegetables together.

Tomato pie, pretzels, and shrimp
Tomato Pie ($11) uses focaccia topped with tomato sauce, oregano, and Pecorino Romano. Think of the bread as a central part of the dish: Disney’s photo shows a thick slice beneath the tomato topping.

Mini Pretzels ($12) come with bacon-cheese fondue. Seafood fans have Oven-roasted Shrimp ($19), served with garlic, herbs, and sweet pepper-onion relish.

Theater Concessions ($12) leans into the setting with a trio of meatballs, a sugar cookie, and buttered popcorn.
Plant-based choices
Plant-based versions of the meatballs and Tomato Pie are available on request. The catalogue separately lists Plant-based Meatballs in Tomato Gravy ($15), made with Impossible meatballs, plant-based Parmesan, and allergy-friendly bread. Ask about the preparation when ordering, especially if you have an allergy. A separate price for the plant-based Tomato Pie is not listed but we assume it'll be the same as the non-plant-based version ($11).
Save room for the apple cider doughnuts
Mini Apple Cider Doughnuts ($11) arrive with miso-caramel sauce. That sauce is the detail that puts them on our shortlist: it gives a familiar boardwalk-style sweet a different accompaniment.

Non-alcoholic drinks with plenty of personality
Overture in Orange ($6.99) is a frozen Minute Maid Orange Juice treat topped with sweet cream. If orange-and-cream combinations are your thing, start here.

Caramel Corn Cold Brew ($6.99) takes Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee and adds caramel sweet cream and caramel popcorn. Yes, the popcorn goes on the drink. This would be our pick for a coffee stop with a little theater-concession flair.

Cherry Marquee ($6.49) blends Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with Amarena cherries and adds a gourmet cherry garnish. It’s the least expensive of the three specialty non-alcoholic drinks and another walk-up-window option.

Cocktails: caramel corn, cherries, and classic spirits
Caramel Corn Old Fashioned ($21) combines Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon, caramel corn, and The Bitter Truth Decanter Bitters. Alongside the cold brew, it makes caramel corn something of a menu motif.

Overproof Amaretto Sour ($19) combines Lazzaroni Amaretto Liqueur, Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style Bourbon, and lemon juice. Road to Fame ($21) takes the whiskey-sour route with Michter’s Single Barrel Rye Whiskey, Laird’s Straight Applejack Brandy, and lemon.
For gin drinkers, Mertini ($19) features Plymouth Navy Strength Gin, Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry, and Hella Cocktail Co. Orange Bitters. Off-book Bramble ($19) adds a berry direction with Fords Gin, Combier Crème de Mûre Liqueur, lemon, and blackberry.

La Taquilla Picante ($18) is Disney’s spicy margarita, made with Ghost Blanco Tequila, lime juice, orgeat, rose water, and a spiced nutmeg rim. We’d put this on your list if a floral-and-spiced twist on a margarita appeals.
The remaining choices cover vodka, rum, and bubbles:
- Cherry-Vodka Limeade ($17): Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Amarena cherry, and cold-pressed lime juice.
- The Atlantic Review ($19): Hangar One Mandarin Blossom Vodka, Cointreau, Minute Maid Orange Juice, and Sprite.
- Bubble Brava! ($18): Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur, Italian Amaro, lemon juice, and Viarae Prosecco.
- Quality EntertainMint ($20): Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva Rum, demerara, lime, mint, and Angostura bitters, topped with Viarae Prosecco.

Overture in Orange is not identified as a window offering. The window is announced for select beverages, so plan to visit the lounge for food.
Putting a price on your snack stop
Tomato Pie and Cherry Marquee add up to $17.49. For two people who want to sample several dishes, meatballs, sliders, doughnuts, and two Caramel Corn Cold Brews total $56.98. Pretzels and two La Taquilla Picante cocktails come to $48. These are menu-price subtotals, before tax and any gratuity, rather than meal deals or guarantees about portion sizes.
Disney lists the venue as not accepting dining plan meals. Before you visit, check Disney’s Hurly-Burly listing for operating details. If you’re bringing children, make your food-and-drink stop before the 9 p.m. age cutoff.
