Eat to the Beat Dining Packages open July 16, but concert entry is already included
Eat to the Beat Dining Packages for the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival open for booking on July 16. The package combines a meal at a participating EPCOT restaurant with one guaranteed seat for a concert later that day.
The concert itself is included with valid EPCOT admission. Guests without a package can join the general queue, with seating offered first come, first served while space remains. A package protects the seat, not your choice of view, and it does not replace the EPCOT ticket.
Our advice is to buy that certainty only when the performer and the meal both matter. Paying for a restaurant nobody wanted is an expensive way to solve a seating problem.
America Gardens Theatre is an outdoor EPCOT venue
America Gardens Theatre is the outdoor amphitheatre in front of The American Adventure pavilion. It faces World Showcase Lagoon and sits between the Japan and Italy pavilions. First-time visitors should plan for an outdoor concert rather than an indoor theatre break.
The package guarantees a seat, but the seats within that section are still allocated first come, first served. Earlier arrival may give you more choice inside the section. The useful promise is that a seat is held for the booked performance, not that Disney assigns a particular row.
Choose the performer before the restaurant
The 2026 Eat to the Beat Concert Series runs nightly from August 27 to November 16. The Food & Wine Festival continues through November 21. Disney offers the dining packages on select festival dates.
Begin with the concert date your group wants, then compare the restaurants and meal times attached to that performance. This order prevents a common bit of backwards planning: booking an appealing lunch and discovering that it guarantees a seat for the wrong act.
Most packages include an entrée, dessert and drink
At most participating restaurants, the price includes an entrée and dessert, or a full buffet where offered, plus a nonalcoholic drink or an alcoholic drink for guests aged 21 or older. Spice Road Table follows a separate format with two small plates, a shared dessert platter and a drink.
Each person receives one guaranteed seat for one concert on the same day as the meal. The restaurant gives you a badge after dining, marked with the date and showtime. Reservations require a credit card guarantee. Tax and gratuity are extra, and EPCOT admission is not included in the package price.

Biergarten and Garden Grill charge a visible seat premium
Fixed-price meals provide the most useful comparison. Our current menu data for Biergarten lists the usual buffet at $49 per adult and $28 per child. The package price of $66 and $35 adds $17 for an adult and $7 for a child.
Garden Grill applies the same increase. Breakfast rises from $49 per adult and $33 per child to $66 and $40. Lunch or dinner rises from $62 and $42 to $79 and $49. A family of two adults and two children pays an extra $48 for the guaranteed seats at either restaurant.
Write the cash premium beside each fixed-price choice before booking. One adult and one child add $24 at Biergarten or Garden Grill, while two adults and two children add $48. That turns a vague package-value debate into the price of the guaranteed seats.
Those premiums are easier to accept if you wanted the buffet or character meal anyway. For a group that cares about the artist but not the restaurant, the meal can become a costly condition attached to the seat.
Regal Eagle offers the cheapest guaranteed seat
Regal Eagle Smokehouse is a quick-service counter restaurant at The American Adventure, and it does not take dining reservations. Its concert package is sold in person on the day for $36 per adult and $21 per child. The package is not eligible for the Disney Dining Plan.
Disney says Regal Eagle packages are subject to availability and may not be offered on peak dates. It is a sensible back-up when advance packages have gone or a table-service meal does not suit the day. Do not build the whole concert plan around it, because same-day availability is never promised.
Le Cellier costs two Dining Plan meals
Le Cellier Steakhouse has the highest adult package price at $99 and costs two Table-Service meals on the Disney Dining Plan. Most other advance-bookable table-service packages cost one. The steakhouse should be a deliberate meal choice before the guaranteed seat enters the calculation.

The package suits a must-see act and a wanted meal
A package is strongest when your group has one must-see performer, already wants one of the participating restaurants and prefers a known meal time to a longer spell of uncertainty at the theatre. Biergarten and Garden Grill make the added cost easy to measure. Regal Eagle gives you a lower-cost same-day attempt.
Skip the package when the artist is optional, the group wants to graze around festival booths or the available restaurant is a compromise. General seating remains open while capacity lasts. The package is useful insurance for one concert seat, not a required part of the festival.
Prepare two restaurant choices for July 16
- Pick the performer and concert date.
- Set a per-person value for the guaranteed seat before looking at restaurant prices.
- Keep two acceptable restaurants and more than one meal time ready.
- Check Disney's package page from July 16. The live page gives the opening date but does not list an exact online release time.
- Keep the meal and concert on the same EPCOT day after booking.
We would start with Biergarten or Garden Grill when the meal already appeals, then keep Regal Eagle in reserve. Le Cellier deserves its $99 slot only when the steakhouse is part of the treat. A concert badge is a poor seasoning for a dinner you never wanted.
